About Portals and Portal Help

HHA is now using online portals for applicants, residents, and landlords!

To access your portal, go to hagerstownha.com, scroll down on the home page, and select the portal that corresponds to you. If you have not already, you will need to register for your portal. If you are an existing applicant or resident, you received a portal registration code that you should use when first logging in to your portal.

Rent payments, maintenance requests, housing applications, and more can now all be done on your online portal. For more information on how to use your portal, click any of the links below. You will find quick answers for frequently asked questions, or full user guides that will show you how to use every aspect of your portal.
