Hagerstown Choice Neighborhood Initiative

The Choice Neighborhood Initiative is a program run by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) focusing on creating vibrant, thriving, connected neighborhoods.  The Hagerstown Housing Authority and the City of Hagerstown were successful in applying for a Choice Neighborhoods Initiative grant.  We are embarking on a two-year planning process to envision what the future of the Hagerstown Choice Neighborhood can be.  View the page linked below to follow along.
